Return & Refund Policy

At Shop Osow IT, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from https://shop.osowit.com/ can be returned, replaced, or refunded.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery
You received the wrong product
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is dead on arrival (DOA)
Return Timeframe:
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery for physical damage or wrong items.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, liquid damage, or physical damage after delivery
Software, license keys, or digital products (e.g., Microsoft 365 subscriptions)
Antivirus licenses such as Kaspersky once activated
Custom-built PCs after assembly and delivery
Products purchased on special discount or clearance (unless defective)
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is out of stock after payment
A replacement is not available
The return is approved after inspection
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange if:
The product has a verified manufacturing defect
The wrong product was delivered
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
5. Warranty Claims
Most laptops, desktops, components, and gadgets come with official brand warranty (where applicable). Warranty service will follow the manufacturer’s policy.
Customers may be required to contact the authorized service center for brands such as:

ASUS
Lenovo
Acer
Apple
We will assist and guide customers through the warranty claim process whenever needed.
6. Return Process
To request a return:
Contact us within the allowed timeframe.
Provide your Order ID, invoice copy, and product images (if damaged).
Wait for return approval confirmation.

7. Inspection & Approval
All returned products will be inspected by our technical team.
